Brick paver driveway and snow
hi There:
I had a beautiful brick paver done last summer.
This winter, the snow melts from the garage is creating more ice in front of the garage door more than when I had a concrete driveway.
One reason I see is the concrete driveway had once drainage in the middle of it.
What is the best way to drain water from inside the garage on to the brick paver driveway?
Also should the brick pavers be exactly leveled with the beginning of the garage concrete?

Water flows downhill. Plain and simple. If water is collecting or puddling then there is a low spot.
Water from inside the garage will drain to wherever the floor slopes (downhill). Unless you are willing to break out the old concrete and pour new there isn't anything you can do about where water inside the garage flows.

One reason I see is the concrete driveway had once drainage in the middle of it.
The only suggestion might be to chisel in some grooves at the point that the pavers meet the garage.
