One Time deck sealer?

From what I've been reading it's well rated, long lasting, and actually penetrates well, it appears to be one of the few products still around that hasn't turned into garbage due to government VOC meddling. Considering as a deck sealer on PT wood. Also can be reapplied over itself without having to sand and strip. Thoughts from anyone with experience using it?

What's the coating's name? one time deck sealer?
I know of no deck stain/sealer that will last forever. 2-5 yrs is pretty much the norm although a lot depends on how much weather the deck sees. Most oil base and latex stains can be top coated with no issues, most waterborne stains must either be stripped or well weathered before you can recoat.

I'd say it would be hard to find anything which would last three years or more around here.

Any deck stain/sealer will weather with exposure to sun and rain. Nothing is impervious to the elements. As mentioned above two to three years at best is what you should expect from any sealer.
