Beveled porch railings

When I started rebuilding my porch, I wondered how I was going to avoid repeating the problem of the spindles on the railings rotting out at the bottom. Then I saw that someone had bottom rails that were beveled, perhaps 15 degrees so they had a crown. The spindles had matching V-shape cut into the bottom end. Brilliant, they've solved it. That was months ago and I haven't worried about it since.
Now that I'm ready to buy and install the railings, I can't find them anywhere. Menards and Home Depot have never heard of them. All my searches turn up spindles with flat bottoms.
Any ideas where to look, or what to search on?

Going to have to go to a real lumber yard for something like this.
The older the better.
Around here it's called the Richmond Rail.
Even the top rail has a pitch.

Interestingly, I thought once I found one, I'd have the correct terms to be able to find dozens.
But searching on 'notched spindles' or balustrades return nothing of substantial.
'Sloped-top rail' had the same lack of results.
But one is enough. 8: -)

They even have instructions for how to cut them. Now if I only knew someone with a radial arm saw.

Looks promising but I don't see that they have the matching spindles.

 

You can make a jig and use a table saw along with the sliding miter gauge.
