Railing & baluster angle for 4 step stringer

Putting up a new 4 step stringer on the front porch. Is there a standard angle to cut the handrails for a 4 step stringer or must I measure it with a board? The post is attached at the front of the deck level and the bottom stringer.

There is no standard angle as the rise and run of the steps can be different from one set of stairs to another.

Clamp the handrail to the side of the posts at the correct height. Mark the posts cut line. Establish a vertical line to cut the ends of the hand rails.
