Replace patio paint with stain

I have this patio, you can see the concrete in the corner where the paint has worn off:

I will pressure wash all the paint off this spring. "Off" is defined as all the paint will be removed from the surface of the concrete. What remains in the cracks is unknown.

What are your thoughts on staining the concrete after paint is removed?

Thanks, all!

Here are the steps for staining concrete:

Clean and prepare the concrete. You may have to add a slight amount of etching to remove all traces of paint.
Apply the concrete stain
Clean up and neutralize the stain
Seal your concrete for long-term protection

Norm is referring to an acid stain. I suspect the remaining paint would have some effect on the color of an acid stain. Personally I'd apply a solid concrete stain. Small amounts of leftover paint should affect it any. I've always had good results with the H&C stain sold at SWP.
