I like to repair some cracks in my deck before re-staining.
Can anyone recommend a good product?

You might want to consider using a petrified wood hardener and then using the matting wood epoxy paste.

Decking expands/contracts to much with humidity changes for fillers to be a viable option. The odds are a filler will pull away from some of the wood and pop loose. A filler might do ok in a covered porch but when the decking is exposed to the elements a filler is prone to fail.
If a crack/void is to big to leave you're probably better off replacing the board.

I'm with Mark - if I can't live with the cracks, the board gets replaced. I have one to do this summer myself.
