Corrugated roof puddling over Pergola

Hey there, so I put suntuf coregated panels on top of my pergola yesterday. Today got a huge storm and noticed it puddling in the center, where one of the cross beams is sagging. I have little funds to fix the pergola right now, but was wondering if I could run a 1x4 under the roofing, above the pergola, where is it pooling? I know it's not ideal, but it's a small pergola, and hoping for a quick fix.
Also, is it possible to caulk a sealant between the panels?
Thanks so much for any help!

If that's all you can do then I guess that's what you go with.

Clear silicone might work, however, it appears to me that your ribs are going the wrong way. The ribs should follow the downward slope.
