Building first floating deck

Hello! Im building a 12'×20' floating deck on deck blocks. I wanted to have the joists run the full 20' so that i have less work when it comes to laying the deck boards at 12'. What is the best way to do this? I was planning on using 2x6 boards but wasnt sure if i should use 2 10ft boards or buy a full 20ft board. I planned on having just 2 joists plus the 2 joist (frame) boards. Any advice is appreciated to save myself some headaches and money. Thank you!

Any joints in structure typically have to have support all the way to the ground. I don't know what the span limit is for a 2x6 but I would think it is significantly less than 20'.

I plan on using as many deck blocks as i need to. I guess im just not sure how to make the rim joists 20 feet. If i should use 2x6 or 2x8 and if i should use 1 at 20ft or multiples
