Cut Out Curb on driveway

I have an extension at the back of my driveway, however when it was poured no one removed the part of a concrete curb that extends out. So if I pull a car in I usually have to go up and over the curb. I cut out most of this using an angle grinder and a diamond wheel but I couldn’t cut it flush due to the safety guard and the mounting bolt underneath. What would be the way to go to flush cut or grind the remaining amount? I haven’t seen any sort of cupped diamond cutter, just wheels.

I'm not understanding how you can't use your angle grinder and diamond wheel? That is what I would use to do the finishing grinding to smooth everything out and make it look good.

Generally you want to have the city do this, or find a contractor that has an attachment on his skid loader for it. Any concrete repair company.

You could do it with a cup wheel on a grinder but it would take forever. If you haven't seen cup wheels you haven't looked very hard.
