Tinted concrete, how to repair?

Hi, our home is 20 years old, the builder added a tinted stain to our front porch. We are going to be selling our house soon. What can we do to get the porch looking better, and the stain more even? Thanks

Is the concrete dry? that looks more like moisture than uneven stain wear.
Easiest fix would be to apply a solid color concrete stain.

Yes, it’s completely dry. The roof is right above the straight line of demarcation, so I think the rain has done something over the years, maybe?

It was sealed, will a new concrete stain penetrate? Will the color come out even, or will it still look lighter and darker in those areas? Thanks

A solid stain is similar to a thin paint so coverage shouldn't be an issue. If the sealer was applied 20 yrs ago I'd expect it to have all worn away. Does water bead on the concrete or is it absorbed? if the latter - the sealer is gone.

Water still beads up somewhat. What brand do you recommend?

I've always been partial to the H&C brand of concrete stain sold at SWP.
Has any waterproofing been added since it was originally done 20 yrs ago?

No, nothing has been done to it. I was looking at that brand today, and it seems it requires either bare concrete or etched. I think it’s more than I bargained for. I was hoping to just do a one step process to just darken and even it a bit. A puddle of water is still sitting on it from a few hours ago, so it’s definitely sealed.
