Plant hangers, light strips, other decor on a composite deck

I am having my old PT wood deck replaced with a composite one. I have several plant hooks, little decor items that are hanging on screws, and strip lighting (attached with the little screw-in clips). Now that the deck will be composite, I don't want to possibly screw it up by putting a bunch of holes in it and maybe voiding a warranty. How do other people attach these types of things on their composite decks??

The strip LED lights that I will reattach with probably zip ties - I don't really think I will like the look of that but I love the strip lighting and I don't know of any other way to attach it other than screwing into the composite.

You can put screws into composite just like wood.

I understand that you can. I just didn't know if it voided a warranty or was considered an improper method.

If you use stainless steel screws it won't leave any rust trails.
