Cheap seal tub to wall

Looking at putting a strip of vinyl or something like that along the edge to cover the gap.

The vinyl on the wall is in pretty good shape, butt ugly though.

It would cost $400 plus to put in new fiberglass enclosure.

Any ideas?

They make an L shaped gasket to seal the front edge of a tub along the floor, so I guess you could use something like that, it won't look any worse. It comes in several sizes.

Example:

Just Google or go to Amazon "bath tub seal strip"

I would also clean out and check the gap for rot etc.
Then calk it flush and then use the seal strip.
