Recommend Garage Door Rollers

I'm looking to replace the rollers on a 30 year old single overhead garage door. The door is a standard wood panel door covered with 3/4" cedar which makes it a heavy door. The existing rollers are original non-ball bearing steel wheels. I would like to replace them with nylon but I'm confused with the types: Nylon vs Nylon over Steel.....Sealed Ball Bearings (# of bearings)......Load 75lb or 150lbs. I'm hoping to get a smoother and quieter riding door. Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

I'm no expert, have only had two overhead doors and never changed the rollers but my general thinking in most matters is to over-engineer. That would mean in this situation I would opt for the nylon-over-steel wheels and the highest load rating bearings that would fit. I doubt the cost differential is sufficient to buy anything less.
