Removing a deadbolt
I just bought a house and I'm trying to replace to locks but when I went to remove the front door deadbolt the spindle is twisted.This is keeping me from remove the rest of the lock off. So is there away to remove the spindle.

Is it a double cylinder dead bolt (key on both sides) or single (flip lock inside)? How much of it did you remove so far? Can you post some pics?
