MI windows- any experiences?

So I'm re-siding my house and I've decided the windows could use an update as well. I've stumbled upon somebody selling an entire home's worth of new windows (23 in all) for $1000. They bought them for their home, but it's historic and the neighborhood said no-go. The windows are "MI" brand, double-insulated, argon-fill vinyl. It's the "MI 3540" series to be exact.

Well, they are probably about as good as any other consumer grade vinyl window. I can understand the price. Even if they were an average $200 new, they'll never get close to that. They just want them gone w/o a bunch of looky loos or price haggling or "Well, I only need these 10, so how about $500 just for those?".

Hey, I sold the great condition folding tow bar I had which was almost $500 new, (and everyone said it was worth at least $150 used) for $25 to the only place willing to buy it...and I think he just took mercy on me.
