Pella Casement Window Sash Repair

Is there a source for the various wood parts to repair the rotted bottom rails of casement sashes for Pella Pro-line? Or engineering dimensions of the milling?

I have several sashes in this condition and I don't want to get replacement sashes (Pella couldn't be bothered anyhow) and I've looked through the lawsuit info and i'll still be in for 5 figures to replace it. Looks like with a little patience this is easily fixable, but I'm stuck at creating the replacement wood.

Appreciate any help.

No, the sashes must be replaced... and if you have a fixed unit I believe that the entire unit must be replaced on prolines.

The sashes aren't reparable at all? Is there a specific reason why? Not looking for perfection just function.

If you aren't a believer in the saying "time is money" or if you just have plenty of time to burn, knock yourself out. I believe this is the cross section detail. Good luck.
