How do I fix this sliding door?
(PHOTOS ATTACHED) -- I had a repair man working in my utility closet and he removed the sliding wood door from its track to gain full access. In the process, I guess he either broke or lost the piece that this dowel goes into in the top track to slide back and forth. The other side of the door is properly anchored at the top and bottom, so just need to figure out what I need to make the sliding side of the door actually slide again. Hoping I don't have to buy and install a whole new track. Thanks in advance for your help!

On your bottom picture that shows the spring.... what is on the other side (far left end) of that top track?

Looks to me that all you have to do is raise the door so the plastic rod fits into the track.

Also it looks like the distance from the top of the door to the track is bigger on the sliding side than the hinge side.
In other words the door is not squared in the opening.
You can adjust this by moving the lower hinge out further from the wall.
It should also have a screw like the upper hinge to do this.

The top plastic pin goes to the inside of the screw block and bottom pin should have a adjustment to raise door.

The pivot on the bottom left side is what you will adjust. Get down on your knees and lift up on the door with one hand and turn that pivot down with the other in order to raise the door. Then shift the pivot maybe 1/4" to the right, in order to raise the top right corner of the door.
Adjusting it in this way, or some similar combination of adjustments should get it to work properly.
