broken screw door hinge
What options do I have to remove these screws?
Wood door
If it were just the one I might let it go, but 2 no.

I would remove the remaining screws in the door side of the hinge.
Use a dremel rotary grinder tool with a metal cutting disc and cut a slot in the screw head.
It will cut slightly into the wood but the hinge will hide it.

I would not bother trying to remove them. There isn't enough metal left to cut slots and be able to withstand the torque to remove the screws. I drill and counter sink new holes in the hinge for new screws.
