How do I get the cover off this bathroom exhaust fan

Iíve been trying to remove the cover to this exhaust fan without success. Itís installed in a high ceiling above a glass shower, so the ladder that will fit in the space is not quite tall enough for me to be able to really see (I can just barely reach it from the ladder). Iím afraid of damaging it if I just go yanking on it. Any tips would be appreciated. If it helps iím guessing the fan is original to when the house was built in 2001. Thanks!

Most likely there are two wire springs that will slip through brackets inside. Usually you just pull down.
Can you slip your fingers under the edge and does it give a little?

Look at this

If it doesn't pull down , someone probably painted it to the ceiling. Cut around it with a utility knife and bump it sideways with your fist. Once its loose it will pull straight down to unhook.

If none of that works you may have to rotate the glass counter-clockwise.
