Good flex duct
I'm about to replace the old insulated 6" flex duct (a/c) in my attic and will be upgrading it to R8 while I'm at it. Home Depot carries Masterflow, but is there a sturdier product I should be using instead? All the local HVAC suppliers only sell to pros.

I can't say if that manufacture is good because I have never used it. I will say get the foil flex duct over the black plastic.

I ended up ordering some Thermaflex KM in silver. I don't think it's much different from MasterFlow that HD has on the shelf but it is rated at a higher CFM flow rate.
