What I can suggest:
1. Check the water supply line.
2. See if the fill tube is frozen.
3. Look inside the ice mold. If itís filled with full-sized ice, the problem may be the water supply fill valve or the electrical connection that operates the system.
4. Check the water line.
5. Check the tap valve.
6.Check the solenoid. The solenoid may be defective or may not be receiving power.

When the ice maker harvests a load of ice..... does the ice level sense arm rise first and then drop down after the cubes drop ?

That arm(873) can become disconnected from the linkage(863) which is inside the front removable cover. The water fill/cube size may be adjustable. If you pull the front cover off you'd see a small adjusting screw and spring accessible from the right side of the ice maker.

Not all ice makers are adjustable for cube size. Most of the replacement ones are. Since water fill is timed.... full flow of water is important to the ice maker.

Ice makers only last so long and then it's time for replacement. There are deals around on yours..... WR30X10093.
