Frigidaire Dishwasher stuck on Clean
I have a Frigidaire fdb1050rem2 dishwasher and after a wash cycle the Clean indicator light stays on after opening the door and the only way to reset it so we can run a new wash cycle is to turn the circuit breaker on and off.
I did a web search to see if others have had similar issues and what I found was that I probably have a faulty door latch. I purchased a new latch and replaced it and still have the same problem after I ran couple test cycles.
I am now a bit frustrated and second guessing the wire connections and thinking I might have messed it up some how. Does it matter what side the black and white wires are on? Secondly does it matter which connection the wire is connected to?
Lastly if I have connected it correctly, what else could be the problem? Is there any troubleshooting I can do? Is it a circuit board issue?
Thanks all for your time and guidance.

I'd have to look up the unit to comment further about the clean light.
If the latch switch only has two wires.... there is no polarity.
