Does NJ have a code for how often dryer vents need to be cleaned out

If there is one, can someone provide a link.

I realize there may be a municipal code that supersedes the state (more often).

I have never seen a code for dryer duct cleaning.
It's usually done once a year or more often if there is a drying problem.

My sister lives in a condo. They have a mandatory cleaning period of once a year. If the condo owner doesn't supply a paid bill for the cleaning to have been done.... the condo association does it and bills you for it.
