Rewiring for Whirlpool Range RF386PXEN0 stove glass top

Hello, I have a Whirlpool Range RF386PXEN0. I need to rewire the glass top burners, I went to turn it on and the 4th of July came early, sparks, smoke and everything else. I turned off the breaker, lifted up the top, and found a smoldering mouse under the burners. It ate through some of the insulation and outer wire insulation After dinner (yes it does taste like chicken). I looked for a replacement wire harness but it is no longer available. Can I use awg12 High-Temperature Heater Hookup Wire TGGT Appliance Grade? The original wire is Radix 12 AWG Wire Type SF-2 SEW-2 . I can only find it in 100' or more lengths and it is rather expensive, I only need about 24' maybe 30' at the most. Any advice would be appreciated, thanks.

TGGT wiring is fine. The SF-2 SEW-2 is like 200°C and the TGGT is 250°C.
Be careful if you are splicing. You'd need ceramic wire nuts.
