Kenmore electric range oven does not heat above 325
Kenmore model 790.96593601 Oven heats sporadically, sometimes works normally but more frequently will not reach high temperature. Element and temperature probe test OK. I suspect it is the control panel. Is there a way to test the control panel?

I would agree there is a control board problem in that Frigidaire built appliance. The control board needs to be removed and visually checked. In the picture below I've drawn a box around the problem area. You will more than likely find the terminals where the wires connect or the relays solder burned/defective.
If you're handy with a soldering iron you can fix it.
Post some pictures of what you find.... How-to-insert-pictures.
