Samsung Dishwasher leak

Hello,
I bought a new home with all Samsung appliances in 2018. The dishwasher DW80M9550 started leaking after about 3 months with an error message LC and would not stop pumping and beeping. After checking with Samsung they sent a technician out to replace a gasket. Just after the warranty ran out, it started leaking again. Samsung would not cover it. The leak is on the front right corner of the dishwasher. The door gasket is fine and has no cracks. The dishwasher has that water wall system. It seems like that the vane gets stuck in the front and water gets pressed by the strong jets through the door gasket. I have replaced the vane magnet and even placed a camera inside the dishwasher to see the operation. Of course it was working fine that time. The vane only gets stuck once in a while and not by any objects. Any ideas???

Sorry..... I've not worked on one of those dish washers.
I'm trying to find some service info on it.
