Did you replace the wires and connectors when you replaced the thermal fuse ?
A loose connection on it will cause a new one to blow out quickly.

When you received the replacement fuse it should have come with new wires/connectors.
You have to use those.
Otherwise there is no way to be sure that it is not a machine problem or the known and frequent failure of the original fuse assembly.

hi pjmax and manden,
i have been ordering the thermal fuse alone without the wiring harness, because my unit did not have the similar harness to replace. Then i heed your similar advises and look for a thermal fuse for my unit with a wiring harness.
the internet also told me that the wiring harness will act like a heat sink to prevent the fuse from blowing and that you also have to splice the wiring to the thermal fuse to install the new thermal fuse with wiring harness. I have installed the new thermal fuse together with the wiring harness and have ran 3 full dishwashing cycle without blowing a fuse. thanks for your advise.
