How to remove this Maytag refrigerator fan cover?

Ok. This is kinda embarrassing, but I've futz with this cover for about 15 mins and I'm really worried I'm going to break it.

Maytag Performa PBF2253HEW freezer bottom.

The freezer is cold, but the refrigerator is only about 54*F. I'm guessing there is either an ice blockage or a dead evaporator fan. I think the fan is behind this plastic cover at the top of the refrigerator.

The fan is not up there.
Your evaporator coil and fan is in the freezer..... horizontal under fridge floor.

There are tabs you can click on for detailed info.
The part you show can be found in the controls tab.
Click on Evaporator area tab
This a modified diagram from what is posted there....

The fan unit sits under the coil and blows up thru it. It's in that sloped area in the back of the freezer. Not the easiest to work on. I think if you close the freezer and hold the fridge light button in... the cold air should come out of that plastic unit you asked about.
