Bissell steam Mop NO STEAM

No steam opting our mop with the foot on or off. Kettle gets hot, but I think there’s a blockage somewhere. Cap on water tank replaced. Foot disassembled, no apparent blockage.

do they have common blocked areas?

Have you been using tap water in it, or only distilled water?

And does this model have a ready light? Is it blinking? Or on solid?

Both sources of water. Light blinks, then goes solid.

If you've used tap water in it, it could be gunked up with minerals.

I’m sure that’s it. Hoping to find some common areas of blockage,

I added a labeled picture.
The flow goes from the tank thru the pump thru the boiler and then down to the sprayer.
Does the pump operate ?
The pump sticks thru a grommet into the water tank.
There is a piece of hose between the pump and the boiler.
Have you tried opening the cleanout cap at the bottom ?

You can troubleshoot the unit with cold water. Take one of the wires off the boiler.
You can remove the parts for cleaning.
