Install range hood

There seems to be a working vent that vent to the outside by going left behind the wall, but it seems low power and no where as strong or as loud as a real range hood.
By looking at the setting, Is it possible to install a real range hood?

Probably. It looks like there is enough clearance under the cabinet for a hood. You'll give up some cabinet space because the duct will have to run up through the cabinet. And you'll have to open the soffit to reconfigure the vent connection and remove the existing fan. Hopefully the existing duct is solid pipe and not flex.
It looks like your range is narrower than the typical 30", but they make 24" hoods.
Most real hoods spec a 6" or 8" round duct and you might only have a 4", so that would be something to check out.
