I need more power

Hello,
OK, here's what I'm doing. I bought a school bus and I want to raise the roof. This will involve welding. I have a Lincoln 140 120v welder. The bus is 150' away from the power outlet (apartment life, I can't move the bus closer) and I just happen to have that much 14/2 w/g extension cord. I also have a ryobi 2200w generator 13a. Now with either of these I can run my welder at about 1/2 power before breakers start tripping, well I'm going to need more power or this is going to take forever.
Here are my options,
1.) buy 10g extension cord and hope for more power through a 15a breaker, about $350 which I'm guessing will get me to setting C.
2.) I can buy another Ryobi generator and know I have enough, about $650.
or
3.)? this generator has a parallel kit to hook the two generators together. Would I be able to use the 120 house current and run that to the parallel port of the generator to get the amperage I need to run the welder?
I'm not familiar with these parallel ports and this is why I'm asking. everything I have is still under warranty so if I eff something up, I'm covered. I just don't want to eff stuff up.
side note, the 120 house current doesn't have ground (ahhh, apartment life)
side note, the welder on setting b of a, b, c and d uses 2100ish watts.

The parallel kit cannot be used with the house power, only with generator.
A 15A circuit can only supply a max of 1800W, so even with a heavier cord you won't be able to use the welder at maximum power.
Best option in this case if you can't get the landlord to install a 20A circuit might be to find a generator with enough wattage to run the welder.

What the parallel kit uses is irreverent since you can't use it but I believe it's 120VAC. The parallel box combines the output of both generators and provides an outlet/socket with higher amperage capacity. It also makes the generators operate in sync so they are producing power in phase with each other.
