5 x 8 bathroom rewire

(I have already thoroughly mapped all items on every circuit in house.) Q1: Loose wire through closed soffit okay? My fridge is moving across room and never had its own circuit. I think I should run a new dedicated 15 amp fridge circuit. I have full access to run the wire except for a section that will run thru a closed 11' long soffit that contains an HVAC duct, hot&cold water pipes and other wires and cables. I can only access this soffit from either end. Is it okay to just feed the wire through the soffit and leave it loose and unclamped within the soffit. Because my house is on a slab, my only other possible option (if allowed) is to run the wire under the vinyl siding. Q2: Because stove/range has moved, I need to move the range outlet a bit further from wire source. Can I run the wire diagonally down from wall top plate on left down to new location in bottom right of wall? Q3: How high should range outlet be from finished floor? Q4: Can I add the new lights listed below to this existing 15 amp circuit? Proposed New Lights: [INDENT]3 new single bulb kitchen ceiling lights 5 small under cabinet lights[/INDENT] Existing Items on Circuit: [INDENT]1 Garage Ceiling Light (1 bulb) 1 Utility Room Ceiling Light (1 bulb) 1 Outdoor Patio Light (1 bulb) 1 Dining room chandelier 1 Kitchen Range Hood Light 1 Kitchen Table light (3 bulbs)[/INDENT] Q7: While the kitchen ceiling is open, I also want to run some ethernet lines and re-run some poorly run TV cable lines. Are CAT6 and Quad Shielded RG6 cable the new/current standards for this type of wiring? Thank you in advance for all your help. Dave

This will be long and hopefully not too confusing. My first issue was that I only have a 50 amp service ( in a mobile home park) and cannot run my AC with the electric dryer. Now that that is out of the way, my Sister in Law is staying with us and proceeded to do both. I was taking a nap and when I woke up I immediately turned off the dryer only to find that it was running but not heating. I also noticed that the compressor on the AC wasn't running (it should have been). Both are on their own circuit. I then observed that all my kitchen was dead (no breakers tripped). I also found that my bathroom Gfci would not reset (I tripped the GFCI) and using my multimeter I could find no voltage going to it. Any ideas????
