Kitchen Hood Stopped Working After Power Outage

Hi all! I'm just looking for any direction on this. Long story short, a tree hit the house knocking out power for 2 days. When power company turned power back on, the hood over the stove did not work. No fan, no lights, no power to front display.

I verified power is coming from the wall to the hood. I don't see any visible fuses so maybe they are in places I don't know to look?

It's a euro-kitchen Spagne Vetro 30in hood. SV198z-SP30. I tried contacting the company with no response. Also tried to find a manual with a diagram with no luck.

If anyone could point me in the right direction, I would be so greatful!

How? If you used a non contact tester the results are meaningless. Did you turn the breaker all the way off then back on?
