IC Rated Recessed lights inspection

I live in Toronto, Canada.
I am finishing my basement and i have inspector coming in this Friday to do the rough in inspections.

I have 10 IC rated recessed lights which go in after the drywall ceiling has been installed. I already have wires hanging.
My questions is what needs to be done to get pass this inspection. Do I leave the wires hanging?

Thanks,
Josh

You're using old-work cans in a new ceiling? Usually you would use new-work fixtures when the ceiling is down, but it's probably ok. I'd have one of the fixtures available nearby to show the inspector if they ask about it.

Yes it should be ok to leave the cables hanging from the unfinished ceiling.
