DRYER 10-3 wire fuses keep popping

Hello. I'm in need of some help with my dryer line that I have ran.

I'm on fuses. I bought two brand new 15amp fuses with reset in them,
I ran a new wire 10-3 for my dryer as there wasn't any. When I turn dryer on for few mins the fuses then pop and need to be rest. Any idea on why?

You are overloading the 15 amp mini breakers. A dryer circuit with 10-3 NM-B cable should be protected at 30 amps (30 on each leg and not the total of the two).

Oh so each fuse needs to be a 30amp and not 15's?
Thank you so much!
