Can you show more context on the drawing? I've seen double circle to mean both recessed light and hanging light (chandelier or drop pole). Not sure what they're trying to indicate with the rectangle and the "C".

The OC in the closet looks like the same OC in "16" OC construction".

Possibly an overhead motion sensor.

What's the J box doing in the closet ?

I'd guess Occupancy Control...but I've not ever seen that on a plan or list of symbols. But it makes sense in context of a walk in closet.
