Capacitance calculation

Hello, I'm new here. I'm working on a project to run a three phase motor on single phase. So far the research I have done has taught me that by setting up the motor in delta and adding a capacitor to one of the windings to alter its phase. What I'm having a hard time finding is the formula to calculate how much capacitance is need to for a start capacitor and for a run capacitor. Any guidance on where to look would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

It will depend on motor size, and motor load.

Here is a good video Part 1:
