Portable Power Box
I am building a portable power box for ice fishing. I will have 3 7 amp batteries in a box that will be connected to a couple of USB ports and cig lighter port. The terminals are F2. I want to hook up a port on the outside of the box for charging the batteries easily without having to open the box. Any ideas on how I could do this?

I would mount an odd-ball connector on the box for charger connection. I would also run it through a Charge switch that disconnects the ports you mentioned; a funky charger might damage the 5V regulator in your USB ports.

I'd be curious how long this would run a fish finder. Currently a 7 amp lasts me about 6 hours on one battery which is why I always carry two fully charged.
