How to leave rough electrical for outside of basement walkout?

I'll be drywalling soon and I have a flood light, regular cieling light and an outlet that will be going in a enclosed walk out that has not been built yet. How would I go about enclosing the electrical on the outside wall so that it is available when I am ready for it? Picture below is the door leading out for reference.

For light fixtures that aren't mounted yet I just leave about a 3 foot loop of cable hanging in the approximate location with a note written on the cable sheath. For a circuit that will later be extended you should terminate it with wirenuts in an accessible junction box you'll be able to get to for the next phase of the project. As long as the plan indicates this and the next phase of the project is described in the permit, the inspector probably won't have an issue with it.
