This is a very dangerous project. The input voltage to the magnatron is somewhere around 5600V and you're discharging high energy microwaves into the room as the box is not sealed. This can cause serious injury, blindness and interference with electronic devices. What are you hoping to accomplish?

This is a very dangerous project.
I'll echo that.

A magnetron generates radio waves. It must be contained in a metal enclosure.... not wood.
The cavity that the magnetron is connected to must be resonant with the tube.
That would take specialized formulas to determine.

https://sites.wff.nasa.gov/code803/d...g%205-2013.pdf

Read on pages 5-9 to see what NASA has to say about exposure to microwave radiation. Some specific dangers that I think most men would be very concerned about.
