Hot/ground reversed:
A used mobile home moved in behind me, nothing in the home has changed except new service wires added to the breaker box, and the AC unit. One of the circuits in the home now shows a hot ground reversed, I used the little LED tester, I have also used a Fluke pro amp meter to check individual wires. One receptacle had 3 neutral wires, I disconnected one and the receptacle went correct, then I checked the one opposite this receptacle, outside, and I had 1 red light, and 2 flashing yellow lights, WTH this isn't even on the scale of testing. The corrected outlet will still not work to power anything, even though I have 118.5 volts at on the hot wire. All wires in this circuit have been found to be connected correctly. I'm at a loss as to how to fix this issue. Please anyone have any ideas?

Hot-ground reverse on those plug in bug testers usually means the neutral is disconnected somewhere in the circuit. Could be a broken or disconnected wire. Could be a loose backstab or splice at a receptacle.
