Smart Switch install- tie into neutral bundle

I want to install a Honeywell Smart switch to the replace the switch on the right. It requires tapping into the neutrals and wanted to reaffirm that the bundle of 3 or 4 wires with arrow is the neutral. With adding another neutral, what cap would best be used? Also would I need to straighten all wires out or can I wrap the new wire around the outside with the new nut.

Yes, that is a neutral. A red should hold five #14. I would wrap the new one around the existing bundle but that is just my way, others will vary in opinion.
