Trouble with loss of power

No power at bath vanity light and GFI,porch outlet, 3 other bath outlet, hall light, storage room outlet. breaker been reset and holding. replaced both switch and receptacle through out the home.
Plugged an extension cord to hall light and results power. breaker not tripped. Then I repeat process with extension cord at storage room outlet and power other than bath vanity and hall light. again breaker is holding on. No clue, Any suggestions?

Welcome to the forums.
One thing you could check is to verify that all other GFI's are set.
I had a similar problem until I found a second GFI chained to the other - one on the front porch and the other in the garage - 30' away.

Goldstar said it look for another GFCI someplace, Usual places are other bathrooms , garage. outside any place around house. Look behind bushes, Other rooms look behind unmoved furniture.

And don't forget to look in the basement (if you have one).

I had a customer that lost power to the bathrooms, some outside receptacles. Turned out to be the GFCI right at the breaker panel in the corner of the basement that had tripped. Reset it and everything was back up and running again. Home owner said he never even knew it was controlling those receptacles.

I have found GFCIs in homes where the home owner never even knew one was there. Buried behind shelving where they stored canned goods and other household products.
