Open neutral troubleshooting

I have an open neutral electrical fault in area of my house involving 4 outlets and 3 light fixtures on 2 different floors. replaced all of the outlets and checked the light fixtures for loose or damaged neutral wires but found nothing.i checked the circuit breaker and it has power so thats not it....I need to know what to check next. I hate doing wiring but i want to do this myself. Any help will be apreciated. I have used a outlet tester. One orange light (indicating open neutral)with a dim second orange light (indicating correct wiring)

Welcome to the forums.

If you have an open neutral.... no need to check the breaker as you've already confirmed you have hot.... correct ?

How do you know there is no neutral ?
You would need to check from hot to neutral at every device location.

Checks should done with an analog multimeter not a plug-n gadget. The plug-in gadgets can give misleading result.
