Electric mower motor question

Got this motor from a mower someone was throwing out. Can't be totally sure if it works, and I don't wanna burn it out.

Anyone know which wires should do what?

Thanks

Do you have the rest of the mower to see where the wires connected?

The tricky thing with most modern electric mowers is the blade brake feature. When running the motor is powered normally but when you let go of the handle on the mower power is removed from the motor and the motor is shunted to a heavy electric resistance. So, when you let go of the handle the motor switches to being a generator with a heavy load on it which stops the blade from turning much more quickly.
