Connecting Punch Clock to Break Bell

Hi,
I am trying to connect my uPunch Clock to a break bell but the user manual doesn't give much instruction on how to do this. I am a bit puzzled by the type of connector I might need to connect the bell to the clock. I was wondering if anyone could tell me. Here is a picture.

You can just stick copper wire into those holes and snap the red lever closed. Looks like according to the diagram you need a bell with a power supply, run 2 wire cable to the clock and connect the wires per the diagram.

I could not locate any type of specs on that external bell circuit but I'd recommend keeping it very light....... probably under 1amp. You could use those contacts to operate a relay if a larger load is needed.
