Pressure control switch for air compressor wiring
Hello everyone, I am new to these forums so sorry if i make a couple of mistakes 😊. I have an issue with a pressure control switch i need to wire. I dont understand how im suppose to wire it, and the diagram is confusing. What i really want to know is what this diagram means and where are positive and negatives for the motor line.

Welcome to the forums.
I posted your picture in your post and colored the screw terminals. The white and black are the incoming power wires. If it's 120v..... the colors are as posted. If it's 240v..... one wire on white terminal and one on black.
The blue and gray terminals are the motor wires. There really isn't a polarity to these wires. Usually they are just black.
