Can I Install This in my '70's Home?

This is an older sauna heater.

Do you forsee any issues with having this unit installed in my 1971 HUD home? I intend to employ professional electrician but is there some obvious reason why this will not work? The photo is not the best but here is the info:

240V
6kW
25 amps

Thank you.

Welcome to the forums.

You should explain what the unit is so we don't have to guess.
Looks like a sauna heater.

It requires a 240v 30A circuit.
If you have the space for a two pole breaker you should be fine.

You are correct, it is a sauna heater. I edited the intro to specify the type of unit. Thank you for your input !
