Nmwu indoors?

Nmwu indoors?
I have some left over nmwu that I want to use to add a receptacle to an existing circuit taking a connection at a junction box and running about 6ft of nmwu to a receptacle near the floor.
Can I do this? Nmwu is like UF cable bit the wire only has a -25 Celsius rating on it.
Nothing about 60 degrees or 90 degrees

It is OK in the US to use UF indoors. It is just a PITA to work with.
The -25C is the minimum temperature you are allowed to install the cable. In the US the wire insulation is rated for 90C but your are only allowed to protect it at the 60C column.

Minimum recommended installation temperature is minus 40ºC for two-conductor cables sizes 14 AWG through 6 AWG, and minus 25ºC for all other sizes. For three-conductor cables the minimum recommended installation temperature is minus 10ºC.
Material should be properly stored above 0ºC for 24 hours prior to installation.

No. The wire insulation is THHN which is rated for 90 degrees C. However, NM cable is limited to 60 degrees C under NEC/CEC rules. You can use the 90 degree rating for derating purposes, but it can never be fused higher then the 60 degree column found in the code book.
