Gfci/double switch wiring question

I have a covered porch. Residing well within the confines of the covered porch is a GFCI, contained within a weatherproof outlet box, whose outlets I'd like to control independently from indoors, using a standard double/combination switch (Leviton 5224).

I've used a standard double/combination switch in conjunction with a conventional outlet in the past, but I'm wondering if it's possible at all, to do it safely with a GFCI. The two devices plugged into the GFCI are never used simultaneously, which is why I'm searching for an independent solution.

I think you want two switches to control two items plugged into the gfi. A gfi cannot be split like a regular duplex receptacle.

Are you recommending to use two switches wired to the GFCI, with switch #1 controlling one half of the receptacle & switch #2 controlling the other half? If so, please detail the wiring configuration.

You cannot split the GFI receptacles. They both ONLY work together.
